Sandy’s U-Rent Party and Event Rental - Delivery & Pick up Policies

All items should be assembled in the same location as they were dropped off, in a single location ready for pick up. Equipment not meeting this criteria will be charged additional fees.

• Tables should be taken down and stacked (top to top and bottom to bottom) ready for pick up.
• Folding Chairs should be re-stacked on pallets and strapped. All chairs facing the same direction & nested together. Run the strap side to side over the chair - not top to bottom of chair. Metal /plastic chairs 50 to a stack & resin chairs 25 per stack).
• Stacking Chairs should be covered with provided dust covers and stacked in groups of 5. Cushions should be bagged (by 10) in bags provided.
• Linens should be DRY & FREE OF DEBRIS - DO NOT PACKAGE WET LINEN to prevent staining and mildew. Replacement charges will apply if damage occurs because linens were not properly cared for. Laundry bags are provided and should be used for tablecloths and napkins.
• All dinnerware plates, bowls etc. and food serving pieces (such as chafing dish pans) should be SCRAPED and RINSED, and repacked in the same containers as delivered. A $25.00 fee, per container, will be charged if items are not left in this condition. Replacement will be charged on containers not returned.
• Glasses must be repacked “bottoms up” in their racks.


After hours pick-ups will incur additional charges. These charges are in addition to our regular pick-up and delivery fees. Call for prices.

Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.

Because of time commitments and available manpower; If we arrive to pick up equipment and find that it has not been broken down and assembled as requested, you have not made prior arrangements for take down, we will take it down and charge $150.00 per hour, per person.

Cancellation of services - delivery and pick up (including change of date), set up and take down, carry fees, on time/after hours del/pick up) two weeks or less prior to the delivery date, will result in the full amount being charged, as these services require adequate labor and are scheduled in advance.

We may not be able to accommodate last minute requests for set up or take down due to time commitments or available manpower. Please make arrangements early for these special services.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP IS TAILGATE

We will deliver off the back of the truck or trailer up to 10 feet. Locations further than this will incur an additional “carry fee”.

Please call for a quote and to make arrangements for this service in advance.

We offer two options for delivery and pick up windows - 8 AM to 1 PM and Noon to 4 PM. The del/pick up will occur anytime during the window. We are always happy to call when we are on our way. Please provide the name and cell phone number of our contact person for delivery and pick up.
